Do you ship to my country?

SHOPBEHEALTHY serves customers around the worlds and ships to all countries (so far we don’t apply any limitations).

How long does it take to ship my order?

SHOPBEHEALTHY is working on having very fast shipping.  We process your packages every single day of the week but the working hours of Bpost* are only from Monday through Friday (sometimes Saturday shipments are possible). So if your order is processed over the weekend your package will not actually be picked up from the warehouse until Monday afternoon.

In reality most packages are delivered within a few days,  but it can take up 6 weeks if the package encounters delays with customs or the local post office.

*Pls note that for now we are working with Bpost as a shipping agent and the delivery frame is highly dependent on them.

How come when I check out, I am not given a shipping method to select?

Currently we offer our customers only standard shipment via Bpost. In case you need an urgent delivery pls contact us via the contact form so we can arrange the shipment. SHOPBEHEALTHY will not charge you additional fee for the assistance but an additional payment for carrier might apply.

We are working on having optional forwarders to improve the delivery of the orders.

Why am I being asked to pay additional fees upon delivery?

These are the extra duties and taxes charged by your country’s customs and duties offices. We cannot control these additional costs since they are brought by the government and not by us or the shipping company you chose to use.

However, the vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and our customers are very rarely assessed additional fees. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly.

What country are you shipping from?

SHOPBEHEALTHY is based in Belgium, and our warehouse is located in Kortenberg.

How do I place an order?

Use the Products navigation to locate the items you want and click on the Add to Cart button on each item you want to order.  Once your shopping cart is complete click on View cart to Proceed to Checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.

Can I pay by check or money order?

We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. No other payments can be processed.

If you experience difficulties using your credit card to make an international purchase, please first contact your bank to ensure that your card has been enabled for international purchases.

Do you work with Loyalty Credits?

We are not working with loyalty credits but we are checking the possibilities to implement this practice.

I ordered. What happens next?

Once you place the order you should receive an e-mail confirmation. The confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you while completing your purchase.

Pls kindly check the address data provided (both shipping and billing address) and in case of mistake immediately contact us via the contact form in the site.

Can I modify my shipping address after the order has been already placed?

No. You cannot modify the shipping address but you can immediately contact us via the contact page and let us know the updated shipping address. Pls note the modification is possible only if the order has not shipped yet.

If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.

If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of merchandise. If the return delivery cost is greater than the value of the merchandise, we will inform the carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.

SHOPBEHEALTHY offers the possibility for our customers to create an account and this will help avoiding mistakes and make any updates easier.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes. Currently all orders above 80 € are automatically classified for free shipment.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you’re unhappy with any product you’ve purchased at Shopbehealthy.com, please contact us to discuss refund eligibility within 30 days of your purchase.

The products should remain in their original package. They should not be opened and/or used.

Pls provide us your order details via our contact page and we will come back to you with the details. For refunds of damaged products, a photo is required.

Package Loss

Although it is very rare for international orders to be lost, please be aware that it can happen. Delivery time frames are estimates only and do not take into account weekends, holidays, or processing and packing times. International orders may take up to 45 days to clear customs, depending upon delivery method and government procedures. An international order will not be considered “lost” until 45 days after shipment date. We are unable to process claims until this 45-day period has passed. Please note that we do not offer replacements or store credits. In the event that your order has been lost, you must report it as lost to us within 30 days of date of purchase. Please contact us via our contact form to discuss your options.

Customer Refusal

We are not able to offer refunds on products that are refused for any reason. As we are billed for the cost of the return shipment due to your refusal, you may be responsible for that cost, too.
